The 2019 Mayor’s Arts Awards ceremony and reception hosted by Mayor Bryan Paterson will take place on Monday, Dec. 2 at 7 p.m. in Memorial Hall at City Hall, 216 Ontario St. The ceremony will unveil the five recipients of the 2019 program and celebrate their contributions to the arts in Kingston. A post-reception event will follow at 8 p.m. in Memorial Hall with a performance by local pianist, Ian Wong.
