The Fort Henry 5KXC is upon us, present by the The Kingston Road Runners Association.
Runners will run on the 2.5km loop with small rolling hills mostly covered with grass which is the same loop as the National Cross Country 2.5km loop.
Schedule:
- 28th – Early Kit Pick Up from 3pm to 7pm at Runners’ Choice
- 29th – Bib pick up and Day of Registration will start at 8:00am until 8:45am for the Kid’s Race and until 9:45am for the 5KXC
- 29th – 1km Kid’s race will start at 9:00am
- 29th – Kid’s awards at 9:30am
- 29th – 5KXC race will start at 10:00am
- 29th – 5KXC awards at 11:00am
