The Autumn Equinox Celebration is hosted by SimplyWell Nutrition Centre and Holistic Rain and takes place on Friday September 21st.
All proceeds go towards the Alzheimer Society of Kingston, Frontenac, Lennox & Addington and this is the 4th event they have hosted.
It all begins at 6pm in the Square with Yoga, Live Music, a Community Drum Circle and much more.
