For this session, we are thrilled to feature Keith Ashford, a men’s counselor with over 25 years of experience. The author of two books that delve into the intricate world of men’s inner lives, Keith firmly believes in the importance of nurturing a healthy masculinity for our collective survival. His counseling philosophy is rooted in hope – the belief that every problem has a release.

– Time: 6-8 pm
– Venue: Zion United Church Foundation. (Note: Our group is not affiliated with the church or any religious organization.)
While occasionally we opt for outdoor activities, the core objective remains unchanged: self-improvement and mutual support.
