Women’s Art Festival 2016

The 2016 Kingston Women’s Art Festival, which will be the 35th annual event, takes place in City Park on August 21st, 2016. It features original creations by local female artists and there will be more than 150 works highlighted. Musicians will be playing throughout the day and there will be an area for kids too.

The Roosevelts

Presented by Martha’s Tables, the Roosevelts will be playing in Kingston in a great event. It takes place at Confederation Park and is from 11:30am to 1pm. Mayor Paterson will be there with music, cake and lemonade to commemorate 20 years of serving Kingston.

Rock for Dimes 2016

Rock for Dimes is a great battle of the bands which benefits the March of Dimes. This is the March of Dimes Canada’s biggest fundraising event and is going to be a great show. For all the details see the Rock for Dimes website linked below.

Homeless Youth Karaoke Fundraiser

There’s a Karaoke Fundraiser for Homeless Youth taking place at the Tir Nan Nog. There’s no cover charge but donations are welcome. It takes place August 4th and supports the Kingston Youth Shelter. There’ll be door prices too.
