Get ready for a day of mud, sweat and cheers with the Canadian Cancer Society’s Mudmoiselle in Kingston – a female only mud run.
It’s a 5k mud run which is open to all fitness levels. If you just want a day of fun in the mud or want a competitive obstacle course, the Mudmoiselle accommodates all.
There’s also a Mini Mudder Course for 5-14 year olds. $20 pre-registered or $50 on the day of event for them. You can preregister at Canadian Black Belt Centres located at 541 Days Road.
Mudmoiselle takes place at 1745 Woodbine Drive on September 16th.
