The DAN School of Drama and Music presents Mr.Burns, A Post-Electric Play by Anne Washburn and directed by Professor Kelsey Jacobson. Mr. Burns, A Post-Electric Play combines The Simpsons, the apocalypse, and theatre history. It questions what stories will survive the end of the world. It combines realism, theatricality, and high art in three separate acts that take place “tomorrow”, seven years later, and seventy-five years after a nuclear explosion has destroyed society and all electricity.
