September 17th-18th is going to be a great time in Kingston, with the Limestone City Tattoo & Arts Festival taking place.
There’ll be over 40 tattoo artists plus other creative people at the Festival which will take place at the Four Points by Sheraton. Every tattoo artist brings a slightly different design style so it will be a great place to get a tattoo with lots of options for the ink that you want.
There will be vendors as well all weekend and entertainment.
