Experience High Tea by Top Tier Bakery at the Hochelaga Inn is a great event. They work closely with makers and artisans from Kingston, Ontario to give you a true taste of Kingston. High Tea includes 4 desserts, 3 sandwiches, local jams and Damman Freres tea.
