Canada Day in 2017 is of course on July 1st.
Here’s what’s going on in Kingston:
9-11am: The Limestone Mile takes place beginning at the BMO on King Street.
11am: The Canada Day People Parade – begins at Metro on Princess/Barrie. Wear red and white and join in on the parade.
12pm: The Civic Ceremony on the steps of City Hall where the mayor recognizes First Capital Award winners.
1pm-6pm: At Confederation Park there’ll be Wagon rides, kids activities and a vintage ferris wheel.
From 1pm-10pm there’ll also be live music and performances there.
10pm is when the fireworks begin at Confederaton Park.
