Good Friday, April 2nd from 10 am to 4pm will be the 4th annual Blood for Brock blood drive at the Kingston Blood Donor centre. This event is to celebrate Brock Powell’s cancer free journey and help others.
Brock was diagnosed in 2018 with von Willebrand disease, Type 2B, a bleeding disorder, he was further diagnosed with cancer in January 2018 . Good Friday is near and dear to Brock and his family as this day marks when he rang the bell in the cancer center signaling the end of his chemotherapy treatments.
