In what we’re hoping will be a regular event on here in the coming years – we attend events around Kingston and take pictures of it!
We attended the 20th Annual Teddy Bears Picnic on Saturday, August 23rd 2014. Brought to us by the Boys & Girls Club, this is always a fantastic event and this one was no exception.

Wherever you went throughout Lake Ontario Park, you were able to hear the bands that were playing at the Pavillion:

Of course all the fun isn’t just for the kids. The Shriners have a ferris wheel set up for the teddy bears to partake in:
And what if the teddy bears have a boo boo? Then they can go to the nurses tent to get a full check up:
Always a highlight at the Teddy Bears Picnic, the petting zoo as well as pony rides:
Or if reptiles are more your thing, then the reptile zoo was there:
If the kids were hungry, they could line up for the BBQ:
Or go make themselves some cookies which they get to decorate themselves:
Then work off some of that energy at the park:
And if the kids work up a sweat they were able to hit up the splash pad:
Yet another great day out hosted by the Boys & Girls Club. We’re already counting the days until next years Teddy Bears Picnic!
