Shine Bright Gala

Get ready to sparkle with purpose at the 3rd Annual Leadership and Advocacy Awards Gala, hosted by C. T. Survivors Connect on May 18, 2024. This year, we’re elevating the night to dazzling new heights at Zorba’s Banquet Facility in Kingston, with the incomparable Haus Mother of the Family Hytes, Miss Farra N Hyte, as our special guest headliner. Known for her electrifying presence as a judge and choreographer on “Call Me Mother” and a star drag performer, Miss Farra N Hyte is set to illuminate the evening with her talent and charisma. Alongside her, the esteemed advocate, educator, and survivor Veronica Merryfield will share her inspiring insights, further enriching an evening dedicated to empowerment, advocacy, and unity.

Hosted by the Broadway Dame, Miss Sherry Anne Hex, and her fabulous friends, this event is more than just a gala—it’s a beacon of hope and solidarity for those affected by conversion “therapy” practices. As part of the Victims and Survivors of Crimes Week, we come together not just to celebrate achievements but to rally for a cause that demands our urgent attention. From the glitz and glamour of the meet and greet at 6:00 PM EST to the last round of applause, every moment is a step toward a brighter future, free from the shadows of injustice. Join us, be moved, be inspired, and contribute to a night where every ticket, every clap, and every shared story helps us advance our mission to support survivors and end conversion “therapy.” Don’t let this chance to shine bright and make a meaningful difference pass you by! #ShineBrightGala #CTSurvivorsConnect #EndConversionTherapy ✨🌈
