Unplug, relax and allow the goodness of the forest to soothe your mind, nourish your body, and rejuvenate your soul. Come immerse yourself in the forest through simple, thoughtful invitations and find a deeper connection to our natural world and yourself.

Certified Nature Therapy Guide and Trainer, Claire Beach, will lead a gentle and meditative 3-hour walk through the trails of Frontenac Park. The journey will conclude with a calming tea ceremony and light snacks, deepening the sense of community and tranquility.
