The K-Rock Centre opened on February 22nd, 2008 in downtown Kingston.  Initially known as the K-Rock Centre, it was renamed to The Rogers K-Rock Centre on August 14th, 2013. In July 2018 it was renamed the Leons Centre.

The K-Rock Centre is the home of the OHL team the Kingston Frontenacs.  The Frontenacs opened up the stadium with a game against the Belleville Bulls.  Don Cherry dropped the puck for that game in the ceremonial face-off.

The first concert to take place at the K-Rock Centre was one night later, when the Tragically Hip played there.

Dependent on the event, the K-Rock Centre has a maximum capacity of 5,380 seats.  Just some of the people that have performed at the Rogers K-Rock Centre include:

Supertramp’s Roger Hodgson
