Participants rotate through a series of short one-on-one meetings, ensuring you connect with a wide range of people in a limited amount of time. It’s efficient, engaging, and surprisingly fun.

The morning begins with arrival and check-in at 7:30 AM, giving you time to settle in and grab a coffee. From 8:00 to 9:00 AM, structured speed networking rounds guide you through quick introductions and focused conversations. The final half hour, from 9:00 to 9:30 AM, opens up into casual networking, allowing you to follow up on promising conversations and solidify new connections.

Hosted at Aspira Royale Place in the lower-level event space, the venue is easy to access with free onsite parking available. Coffee, tea, and water are provided, with a light snack offered when available.
