National Range Day

Taking place on June 6 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, this free, open-house style event invites the community to explore the world of clay target shooting. Hosted at a local range in Kingston, the day is part of a nationwide celebration highlighting shooting sports and the importance of safety, education, and responsible firearm handling.
Visitors will have the opportunity to observe and learn about three popular shotgun disciplines: skeet, trap, and sporting clays. These fast-paced sports challenge participants to track and break moving clay targets launched at varying speeds and angles, combining focus, timing, and technique.
