Kingston Art Tour 2025 Set to Inspire Across the Region
The second annual Kingston Art Tour returns October 4–5, 2025, transforming Kingston and the surrounding region into a vibrant celebration of creativity. From pre-teens showing their first works to seasoned artists at the peak of their careers, this self-guided tour offers an unforgettable journey through studios, cafés, and community spaces in Kingston, Barriefield, Glenburnie, Sydenham, and Battersea.
With more than a dozen venues to explore, the tour features painters, sculptors, filmmakers, textile artists, doll makers, and photographers. Highlights include:
The final showing of acclaimed painter Robin Laws Field at Pedal Works Café & Studios.
Youth theatre, poetry, and creative writing sessions with Bruce Kaufman and Meg Freer.
Martial arts and swordplay demonstrations from Tallack Martial Arts and Ironwood Sword School.
An all-day music jam led by Dave Gervais & friends.
Hands-on workshops: Ukrainian spirit dolls with Judith Popiel, stitchery with Drag Queen Gila, steampunk sewing with Marina, and much more.
