Haunted Pirate Ship Tour

Ahoy, landlubbers and little buccaneers! This Halloween, get ready for a spooky adventure like no other as Kingston’s very own tall ship transforms into a Haunted Pirate Ship for one unforgettable night of fun, fright, and family-friendly adventure.
Hosted by Tall Ship Expeditions Canada, the Haunted Pirate Ship Tour aboard the St. Lawrence II invites you to step into a world where ghost stories and sea legends come alive. From 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM on October 31st, explore the decks of a real sailing vessel now bewitched by the ghosts of pirates past. You’ll meet a spirited youth crew possessed (just a little) by the legends of yore, and they’ll guide you through a mysterious, magical tour filled with games, laughs, spooky surprises, and candy galore.
Costumes are encouraged, and all ages are welcome — from brave young adventurers to seasoned sea dogs. While the event is completely free, donations are encouraged and go directly toward supporting youth sail training programs aboard the St. Lawrence II in 2026.
This Halloween celebration isn’t just about treats — it’s about transforming lives through adventure. Tall Ship Expeditions Canada offers inclusive sailing opportunities for youth from all walks of life, giving them hands-on skills in navigation, teamwork, leadership, and self-confidence through outdoor experiences on Canada’s original tall ship.
