Eggs-treme Easter Fun at the Museum

Spring has sprung, and Kingston families are invited to hop into a day of Easter excitement during the fourth annual Eggs-treme Easter Fun at the Museum.

On Saturday, April 4, 2026, two of Kingston’s historic sites — the Canadian Museum of Health Care and Murney Tower Museum — are teaming up to create a fun-filled Easter adventure for kids and families.

From 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, participants will visit both locations to enjoy a series of festive activities designed for children of all ages. The day’s highlights include an exciting Easter egg scavenger hunt, hands-on Easter-themed crafts, and special Easter goodies waiting for those who complete the adventure.

Families will travel between both sites to earn a prize, turning the event into a mini Easter quest through Kingston’s historic waterfront neighbourhood. Luckily, the two museums are only a three-minute “hop” apart, making it easy for families to explore both locations during their visit.

In addition to the Easter activities, guests are encouraged to take time to explore the fascinating exhibits at each museum. From the story of health care in Canada to the history of Kingston’s historic Martello tower, the event offers the perfect mix of playful discovery and local history.

Timed entry tickets are required to help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.
