Bunnies on Boats

Something fluffy has taken over the museum… and we need your help.

This spring, the Great Lakes Museum is hosting Bunnies on Boats, a fun-filled family adventure where young explorers search the museum for a group of mischievous bunny stowaways.

It seems these furry little travellers have hopped aboard the ships and exhibits throughout the museum, hiding in unexpected places. Kids are invited to explore the galleries, follow the clues, and help track down every last bunny hiding among Kingston’s maritime history.

Once the bunnies have all been discovered, families can finish their adventure with a bunny-themed craft activity, creating something fun to take home. And of course, every successful bunny hunter will be rewarded with a sweet treat for helping return the museum to shipshape order.

Designed especially for younger children, Bunnies on Boats combines playful exploration, creativity, and discovery in a relaxed and welcoming environment. It’s the perfect outing for families looking to enjoy a spring-themed activity while exploring one of Kingston’s favourite waterfront museums.
