The Community Foundation – Vital Signs 2016 Launch takes place on October 4th, 2016 at the Fort Henry Discovery Centre – located at 1 Fort Henry Drive.
There will be guest speakers at the Vital Signs 2016 Launch featuring Elder Dianne Longboat who is from the Centre for Addictions and Mental Health, and Norm Taylor from the Global network for Community Safety.
