The 1st Annual Swim for Kids takes place on August 19th 2017.
It’s a 1.5km or 3km open water swim which will take place in the beautiful Lake Ontario and is held at Richardson Beach.
It’s open to 11+ year olds of all abilities and is a great healthy way to support two great causes, while enjoying some friendly competition.
There are great fundraising prizes available including the top prizes which are a VIA Rail trip + hotel for 2 to Halifax valued at $2,000, and a 13-foot Hurricane kayak valued at $2195.
The two causes it supports are the YMCA of Kingston and Easter Seals Ontario.
