The Summer Kickoff Music Festival is back, and it’s bigger and better than ever! Get ready to immerse yourself in a day filled with incredible live music, delicious food, refreshing drinks, and fun for the whole family. This is one event you won’t want to miss!
On May 27th, 2023, join us at 4500 Centennial Park Road in Harrowsmith as we kick off the summer with a bang. Gates open at 3:30 pm, and the show starts promptly at 4 pm, running until 10 pm. Thanks to the generosity of our community sponsors, admission is completely free, making this an accessible and inclusive event for all.
Prepare to be blown away by the amazing local talent showcased on our stage. We’ve curated a lineup of incredible musicians who are sure to captivate your ears and hearts. The evening will be hosted by the dynamic duo, Sam & Gord, who will keep the energy high and the crowd engaged throughout the night.
Starting at 4 pm, Jess Wedden will serenade you with her soulful tunes, followed by the enchanting sounds of Mellow Lilly at 5 pm. At 6 pm, Jay Smith will take the stage, infusing the atmosphere with his electrifying performance. Get ready to dance the night away with Uncoded at 7 pm, and be prepared to be amazed by the energetic performance of Still Standin’ at 8 pm. Finally, at 9 pm, the talented Jordy Jackson will close the festival with a bang.
But the Summer Kickoff Music Festival is not just about the music. We’ve partnered with local businesses to bring you an exceptional culinary experience. Satisfy your taste buds with delectable offerings from food trucks and concession stands. Indulge in mouthwatering treats from Barb’s Handmade Pierogi, More Smoke, Chubby Baby’s Bake House, and the famous BeaverTails Food Truck. And for all you craft beer enthusiasts, rejoice! Harrowsmith Brewing Company, The Local Brewery, Kick & Push Brewing Co., and Hard Way Cider Company will be serving up their finest creations. Plus, Auralis Botanical Brewing Co. will offer refreshing non-alcoholic alternatives.
But wait, there’s more! We haven’t forgotten about the little ones. The Kids Zone is where the young festival-goers can have a blast from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. They can enjoy storytime and giant yard games courtesy of the Kingston Frontenac Public Library, explore the EarlyON Station by Rural Frontenac Community Services, tackle the Elements Fitness & Wellness Obstacle Course, and be entertained by kids’ performances, face painting, and inflatable games.
