Relay For Life in Kingston, hosted by the Canadian Cancer Society’s FLA & The Waterways Community Office, is taking place on Friday, June 22, 2018 from 6pm to 12am at the outdoor track of the INVISTA Centre. Participants can join the event as survivors, individuals, or as part of a team of friends, relatives or co-workers.
Relay for Life is a community-based fundraising event for the Canadian Cancer Society where all Canadians across the country can join together in the fight against cancer. The event brings together teams of family, friends and/or colleagues to Celebrate cancer survivors, Remember those we’ve lost and commit to raising funds to Fight all types of cancer. Relay is a festival-like fundraising event where participants walk around a track, having at least one member on the track at all times, to symbolize the ongoing fight against cancer. There will be a Kids Zone, live local bands, massage therapy, volunteer firefighter bbq & more!
