If you missed out on the first Princess St. Promenade back in August then don’t worry – in slightly cooler weather is the 2nd Princess St. Promenade of the year, and one that you don’t want to miss out on!
The Princess St. Promenade is always a fun time. If you’ve never been then basically we close down Princess St. for the whole day. The event begins at 10am and ends at 4pm.
During that time a lot of stores will bring their products out onto the street to sell – usually at huge discounts.
There’s also a ton of entertainment on hand. Face painting, bouncy castles, and more. Lots of great activities for the kids, and overall just a fantastic community event.
One really cool thing is Kingston transit offer free bus trips to the Promenade and back all day long. So you can’t use “no parking downtown” as an excuse this time!
