The Pokemon Go craze has been awesome for Kingston – especially from a socializing standpoint – and now everyone is teaming up to help the local community with a food drive!
On Saturday July 30th from 11am-4pm head down to Confederation Park – probably the best spot in Kingston for Pokestops – and bring some items for the food bank. People will be throwing lures out all day and it will be a great opportunity to get lots of pokemon, level up, meet fellow fans, and support the food bank and local vendors.
Try and bring some non-perishable food items and personal hygiene items to support the food bank. There’ll also be a raffle to win a Team hat of your choice plus a phone decal.
