The freedom and prosperity we enjoy today came at a staggering cost of human life and sacrifice. This truly Canadian act of remembrance showcases two major Canadian works recalling the Great War. John Burge’s Flanders Fields Reflections is a meditation on John McCrae’s immortal poetry, and the world premiere of Dean Burry’s Tracing Colville chronicles the war art of celebrated artist Alexander Colville.
