A Canada Day tradition, Canada Day Limestone Mile is organized and supported by the Kingston Road Runners Association in support of its charitable causes.
This year, the Limestone Mile has been moved to the Kingston Memorial Centre Track. This is a safer, course that provides better view for spectators, lots of parking, and is completely free of any traffic issues. The course has been officially measured for certification. It is accurate to 10cm, it’s flat, with flawless pavement throughout. The start is extra wide, with the course comfortably allowing four runners abreast.
