Kingston is facing a number of challenges that are making it more difficult for businesses to hire, retain, and upskill talent. This inaugural event aims to address these challenges and offer solutions geared towards gender-equal, diverse, and inclusive recruiting.
The 2022 Kingston Hiring Summit, presented by The Greater Kingston Chamber of Commerce in partnership with ReStart Employment Services, brings together business leaders, community stakeholders, service providers, and decision makers to discuss our challenges, share solutions, and build proposals to ensure Kingston’s future success.
The Summit will also unite local talent with opportunity through a job fair showcasing a wide range of employers, services and information from different industries for job seekers, as well as newcomers and immigrants.
Exhibitors will have the opportunity to meet, recruit and engage with qualified candidates. The job fair is open to the public to provide an exciting environment for networking and engagement.
