We attended this one in 2013 and it was awesome – and it’s great to see Ribest come back to Kingston for the 2nd time ever.
it is free admission to Ribfest, although you can make donations to the Partners In Mission Food Bank. They will be accepting donations at the gates as you enter.
There are age restrictions on Ribfest as well. If you are under the age of 19, you MUST be accompanied by an adult.
There will be a wide variety of excellent Ribbers around including the likes of Texas Rangers, Smokehouse Bandits and Ribs Royale.
If Ribs aren’t your thing, there will be more vendors like BeaverTails, Funnel Cake Express and Two Nuts in a Food Truck.
The Breweries that will be there include Hop City, Samuel Adams, Big Rig and Turtle Island Brewery with more breweries to be announced soon. Water, pop and lemonade will also be available.
Ribfest kicks off Friday, September 5th at 5pm. It will also be available Saturday, September 6th from 12pm until 10pm, and finally Sunday 12pm until 6pm.
